Need a new game to try?

On Thursday night, AJ's best friend Corban brought this game over for us to try and play with him and needless to say, it is really fun. So Friday night, AJ and I went out and bought it to play together. If you have a PS3 and want a good fun game for the fam, you can play up to 4 players, check this one out. I am not addicted yet, but I very well could be someday.

Oh, Ellie...

Ellie loves to burrow and lay under our comforter on our bed, but sometimes she gets too hot and can't breath under there anymore, but she doesn't want to move out from under the cover so she just sticks her little nose out and is good to do. Such a funny dog!!!

AJ has finished his Master's in Counseling at OSU! He has worked so hard and had some amazing projects that he has worked super hard on and they turned out beautifully! He had his defense on December 2nd and his last class on December 3rd. He is finishing up two papers today and then it should be all done! He is planning on walking in graduation in May 2009! What an accomplishment. All his colleagues, professors and cohorts members had nice things to say about AJ and his skills as a Counselor. Seems like he has found his passion in life. I am so proud of him and can't wait for him to be able to just enjoy working and life in the evening without homework!!!

My belly and tattoo...

Shortly after I found out that I was pregnant everyone wanted to know how my tattoo was going to look as my belly began to grow. Well, here I am at 25 weeks and my tattoo doesn't look all that different to AJ or I. Yeah, it is a little bigger but so is my belly!

Junior (I have named him this since we don't have a name yet) is doing well and growing well. He is very active and enjoys kickboxing! He doesn't keep me awake at night but my heartburn does! Such funs joys in pregnancy. Thankfully, I have learned from my mom the art of falling asleep sitting up so I am able to sit up and allow the hearburn to subside some and still get some sleep. That's about it for me.

My 32nd Birthday!

My birthday this year was on a Wednesday of a very busy week but it was good none the less. I worked as usual. My friend Lauren took me to lunch at a favorite in Salem, the Wild Pear and we had a great lunch! After work I went home to do a few quick things before, Lori and Jana, drove me down to Corvallis to meet AJ and his cohorts and celebrate them being done with school and their program. We had tapas at a cool restaurant in Corvallis called Magenta and then AJ and I were able to ride home together. We got home around 11pm and AJ had a present waiting for me. It was a huge box and I opened it to find a gift from him and my sister and her husband!!

A Burberry baby bag!!! It is beautiful and an amazing gift.

It opens up to a diaper changing pad that you can unsnap off the bag to use and it is washable.

But the cutest thing ever is the Binky holder on the strap...

So then on Thursday after work we had our family dinner and Lori made yummy chicken and rice and a spinach salad. For dessert I had asked for Boston Creme Pie which she made from scratch and it was so yummy! I really wanted German Chocolate Cake but none of the DeBacker's like coconut so I knew it would not be a crowd pleaser so I went for Boston Creme Pie. But Lori suprised me with my own slice of German Chocolate from the Konditorei and it was super yummy!

After dinner I opened my gifts from Al & Lori, Jana & JJ. They had made AJ and I a book of our wedding which is cool because I have never had the time to do this and now all can enjoy it and see how much fun our wedding was!

The cover.

Many pages and pages with lots of pictures!

It was a great birthday! My parents and AJ's parents gave me some money so I went and bought some new maternity clothes yesterday! What fun!

All in in a great day and week of love from my family and friends!
